As an Inclusive Learning Transitions Advisor, you will help support the Inclusive Learning department with the transition of SEND students into College and to plan and facilitate Education, Health and Care Plan reviews.
Experience in support for Learning and Special Educational Needs is essential. Level 2 or equivalent qualifications in Maths and English essential, alongside a good working knowledge of Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND).

The role is 15 Hours per Week, Term Time Only (working 40 weeks per Year).
The salary range is £16,960 to £20,657 per annum, pro rata
