Inclusive Learning Transitions Advisor –22.5 hours per week, 40 weeks per year based at Preston Campus

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Inclusive Learning Team as an Inclusive Learning Transitions Advisor

As an Inclusive Learning Transitions Advisor, you will deal with enquiries from students requiring support, teaching and support staff and outside agencies such as liaising with Local Authorities regarding Education, Health and Care Plans as directed by our High Needs and Transitions Coordinator.

You will attend annual reviews in schools and other learning providers and keep records of these reviews. You will also follow up any queries, requests for evidence, as required.

It is essential the successful candidate has Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths and good computer skills with an ability to use databases, spread sheets and word to a high standard and desirably a qualification in learning support.

The role is 22.5 hours per week,40 weeks per year.

The salary banding is £19,241 to £23,201 per annum, pro rata in accordance to qualifications and experience
