We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated person to join the Quality and Performance department at Myerscough College.
As Head of Quality Assurance, you will provide comprehensive and efficient co-ordination across a range of external awarding body reviews i.e. BTEC, City and Guilds, taking a lead role as centre contact for a number of awarding institutions providing effective co-ordination of Quality Assurance across Further and Higher Education. The post holder will also work will a wide range of staff to support active participation in all quality improvement processes across the College including self-assessment and performance audits.
It is essential that you have a Level 5 qualification or equivalent or a higher qualification in a related subject, as well as evidence of highly successful programme management and a good knowledge of Information Communication Technology and Technology Enhanced Learning. It would be desirable to have an IT qualification at Level 2, along with GCSE, (or equivalent), at Grade C /4 or above in English and Maths. We are looking for a positive, committed and motivated individual who can work well under pressure and to deadlines. You will have strong analytical, IT and communication skills and be able to build good relationships with a wide range of colleagues - if you are interested in the role – please apply.

The role is 37 hours per week.
The salary range is £ 27,570 to £35,287 per annum.
