Full time Chef - based at Preston Campus

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Catering Team as a Chef.
As a Chef you will be responsible to the Assistant Catering Manager for the day to day production and service of food in relation to catering requirements. Basic Food and Hygiene Certificate along with proven industrial experience of working in a similar environment are essential. The successful candidates will be expected to work some weekends and Bank Holidays.
The successful candidate will have Basic Food and Hygiene Certificate and GCSE (or equivalent) at Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths and if you are interested in the role – please apply.

The role is 37 hours per week and to work 2 out of 4 weekends and Bank Holidays on a rota basis.
The salary banding is £18,015 to £19,240 per annum, relating to qualifications and experience, plus, enhanced rate of pay at weekends
