About the role
This is a key position within the management team of our Food and Beverage department where we operate multiple outlets, which we are also looking to develop. You will work with the Kitchen Manager and Food and Beverage Business Support Manager in order to deliver hundreds of meals every day for our residential and day students, as well as staff on site.
Based on the Preston campus for Myerscough College, we will be looking for you to bring your previous hospitality and management experience. As well as managing a large team of front of house supervisors and staff, you will be developing service operations to gain the best customer experience, monitoring budgets, and seeking innovative and creative ideas to help continuously improve all our food outlets on site.
You will also form an integral part of the Commercial Services department, where you will work with others across the service in all aspects of our operation. Catering for our students and staff is a major part of what we do, but we also offer conferences and events on a residential or day basis.
This is a superb role for someone who has a passion for the industry, is incredibly well organised and able to balance a number of operations with the customer at the heart of decisions.
