About the role
Our Food and Beverage Business Support team play a significant part in ensuring the smooth running of the whole department as well as other areas across Commercial Services. Some of the key areas they focus on is centralised ordering and stores, financial monitoring, managing till systems, and contract preparation and management. This team also look after the college shop and work with the shop supervisors in this really busy outlet.
There is a significant amount of administration within this role but operational knowledge and the ability to assist in food and beverage operations is incredibly important. You will bring outstanding communication skills, be logical and have the ability to forward plan, which will all contribute to a proactive food and beverage department.
