Estates Operative Driver - based at Preston Campus

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Estates Team as an Operative Driver.

In this role you must have the ability to work in a busy environment and have the aptitude to liaise and communicate with a broad spectrum of ages.

You will liaise with the Maintenance Manager on a daily basis for instruction on reactive maintenance repairs to be undertaken and undertake driving duties as and when required, to include transporting staff and students on trips off site locally, with occasional trips nationally.

A flexible approach to employment would be required including being prepared to work unsociable hours as and when required.

The successful candidate will have Full UK Driving licence including D1 classification

 and GCSE English at Grade C/4 or above (or an equivalent standard).
