Estates Maintenance Worker - based at Preston Campus

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Estates Team as an Estates Maintenance Worker.

In this role, under the direction of the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for undertaking maintenance repairs and compliance maintenance works to the College buildings and grounds.  Working alone or as part of a team, you will undertake minor works such as joinery, plumbing, plastering, tiling, decorating, carpeting etc., and regular servicing of the waste treatment plant.

The successful candidate will have a trade background in construction, have a Crafts certificate in a relevant subject (Or equivalent experience), and a GCSE English at Grade C/4 or above (or an equivalent standard)

The role is 39 hours per week

Salary £23,202 - £26,674 per annum relating to qualifications and experience
