Digital Learning Advisor 0.5 (Maternity Cover) - based at Preston Campus

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Digital Learning and Skills Team as a Digital Learning Advisor.
As a Digital Learning Advisor, you will provide pedagogical advice to teaching staff to enable them to use the appropriate digital technology within their teaching, learning and assessment.
You will provide guidance, encouragement and support for teachers on using the VLE (Canvas) to its full potential. Advising them on how to integrate online tools and applications and helping them to improve their confidence and digital skills.
You will work with the Teaching and Learning Coaches to evaluate practices around TEL (Technology Enhanced Learning) and then contribute to the development and delivery of effective CPD for staff.
The successful candidate will have a Teaching Qualification with experience of teaching HE and FE and excellent TEL skills alongside GCSE (or equivalent) at Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths.

The salary range is £18,508 - £26,410 pro rata per annum, relating to qualifications and experience.
