Attendance Co-ordinator – Maternity Cover - based at Preston Campus

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Learner Data Management Team as an Attendance Co-ordinator.

As an Attendance Co-ordinator you will generate course registers based upon curriculum and timetabling data and student enrolments and monitor the marking of all registers, reporting weekly on non-compliance and supporting teaching staff with appropriate training.

The successful candidate will have a Level 3 qualification and/or significant industry experience, working knowledge of Microsoft Office and relevant office experience, alongside GCSE English and Maths Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent).

The role is 32 hours per week (Maternity cover)

The salary is £16,960 - £20,657 per annum, pro rata, relating to qualifications and experience.
