The Commercial Services area at Myerscough College has undergone a positive restructure which has resulted in growth. About the role
This is a significant managerial role in our Accommodation department, which looks after 26 halls of residence as well as the residential accommodation within the wider Myerscough property portfolio. You will work with the Accommodation Manager, and line manage the team consisting of accommodation officer and 3 maintenance officers.
Based on the Preston campus for Myerscough College, you will have previous experience in a similar role but this could be from an estates, facilities, accommodation management, hotel or leisure background. Most importantly, you will have a genuine passion and enthusiasm that helps encourage and develop your team as well as those around you, and a strong ability to manage and organise staff.
You will also form an integral part of the Commercial Services department, where you will work with others across the service in all aspects of our operation. Accommodating our students is a major part of what we do, but we also offer conferences and events on a residential basis, which you will play a key part in helping to co-ordinate.
