Animal Centre Technician- based at Croxteth Park Campus

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Animal Academy Team based at Croxteth Park as an Animal Centre Technician.
As an Animal Centre Technician, you will need to be pro-active role in the management and maintenance of high welfare and care standards in promoting well-being of livestock on the Animal Academy, aid with the implementation of prophylactic programmes on the Academy as well as preparing areas and resources for teaching to support instructors and students and ensure high standards of animal welfare.
The successful candidate will have Level 3 or above in animal welfare or behaviour or other related subject, practical experience with a range of animals and a driving licence is essential.

The role is 37 hours per week- including weekends.
The salary range is £18,015 to £19,240 per annum, relating to qualifications and experience.
