Adult Skills Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and driven person to work within one of the UK’s largest providers of land-based courses as an Adult Skills Manager in Apprenticeship and Skills.
The successful candidate will join a forward thinking and dynamic management team to further enhance the growth of Full-Cost Recovery courses with the College as well as overseeing the AEB provision.
The candidate needs to be an excellent manager or have the potential to become an excellent manager, ensuring effective performance of the full-cost recovery and AEB provision working in liaison with internal departments and external partnerships. Effective organisational skills, time management and resilience are all key traits required for this role. A sound Understanding of AEB funding, programme costing and curriculum design is essential for this role. You must also have a qualification at Level 3 or above, ideally teacher qualified and GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English Grade C or above.
Salary: £27,570 - £35,287 per annum relating to qualifications and experience
