The Commercial Services area at Myerscough College has undergone a positive restructure which has resulted in growth. About the role
Our student residential village and the Myerscough residential accommodation is an incredibly important part of the campus here at Preston. We are always striving to make sure that our customers receive the best possible service and experience whilst they are here, and we would love for you to be part of the team that makes that happen.
You will need administration skills and incredibly strong customer service skills, with the ability to liaise with many different types of customers. The ability to follow process and procedures, as well as contribute ideas to new ways of working, will all be great assets. You may have experience of accommodation management in a similar context, which is great, but if you have experience in hotels, reception, or business support, we would love to hear from you.
Accommodating our students is a major part of what we do, but we also offer conferences and events on a residential basis, so we operate all year round (except our Christmas and New Year close down period!).
