Accommodation Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Commercial Ventures Team as Accommodation Manager.

As Accommodation Manager you will manage the marketing and letting of the student accommodation and conferencing facilities, including lettings compliance, ongoing tenancy management (including arrears, tenant and parental issues) and residential maintenance, demonstrating a positive can-do approach. You will need to manage the accommodation to the required College standards delivering the financial, lettings and operational budgets and targets.
