An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Myerscough Commercial Ventures Team as an Accommodation Audit Officer.
In this role you will support the Accommodation Manager with the letting of Student Accommodation. The role’s key focus will be the day-to-day administration around recording and reporting residential maintenance repairs. You will undertake regular audit / room checks to ensure accommodation meets and exceeds regulatory and organisational standards.
The successful candidate will have GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above (or an equivalent standard) as well as competent in ICT and desirably experience of working in accommodation lettings, whether a hotel, student accommodation or a similar environment.

The salary range is £17,210 - £20,907, relating to qualifications and experience.
