FAQs

What’s included in my ticket price?

Your ticket price includes full entry to our campus and full access to the programme of events within all six of our main arenas and subject areas. Parking is free. You may find that some external entertainment providers at the Fair may incur an additional small cost.

Is there a cash machine on site?

Yes – it’s located next to Main Reception in the heart of our main campus. From the car park, follow the signs through from the Countryside Arena towards main campus attractions. Please be aware - our entrance tills can not accept credit/debit cards so if you're paying on the day you will need cash when you arrive, sorry!

What about disabled access?

Our campus is very flat with good access throughout for guests using a wheelchair or walking aids. We have a designated, separate disabled car park for Blue Badge holders and we operate a regular free shuttle service from the car park to the centre of campus. Disabled toilet facilities are also available across the site.

Are dogs allowed?

Yes! Well behaved dogs on a lead are very welcome to enjoy the day free of charge. You’ll also find water stations for their refreshment across the site.

What about footwear?

You won’t need wellies or even walking boots to fully enjoy all of the attractions. Most of the activities take place on hard surfaces, apart from our Countryside Arena and Zone, which should be firm enough even in inclement conditions.

And buggies & pushchairs?

The event will be busy but you should have no problems manoeuvring a pram around, including on the grass areas.

How busy are the roads?

Our Fair is a hugely popular event and as our main entrances are down a country lane, inevitably queues form on approach during the day as vehicles access the car park. We have a very efficient parking system in place that gets cars onto campus quickly, so don’t worry about a long jam, you’ll be with us soon!

Can we bring our own food & drink in?

Yes - you're welcome to bring a picnic and there are also plenty of places to buy food and refreshments too, as well as a fully licensed and well stocked bar on site!

What time should I come?

The event runs from 10am – 4pm but we advise getting here as soon as possible. Car parks will be open before. We have a huge campus so why not arrive early and fully enjoy the day!
