The Bowland Suite is a dedicated conference centre with two main rooms, one accommodating up to 60 delegates and the other up to 50 delegates, set out theatre style. It is a perfect training, conference or workshop venue.The price for hire of a room, per day, is only £120.00 and this includes:
- Screen
- Overhead projector
- Flipcharts and pens
- Television
- DVD and Video
- Internet access
- Iced water, cordials and sweets
Set within picturesque Lancashire countryside and the grounds of Myerscough College, the Bowland Suite is open to a pleasant mix of landscaped areas, woodland, rural walks, sports facilities and tranquil spaces. Business users can really focus on their agenda while private users can relax and enjoy their special event.

Catering
A wide range of catering support is offered at Myerscough from finger buffets to full dinner menus, the majority of which is prepared on-site from local produce and can be tailored to suit your needs by our catering staff. Advice can be given on practical arrangements, full menus, wine selection, light refreshments, special dietary requirements and any other catering aspects. Flexibility is the key and we will be pleased to quote for your exact requirements.
The International Arena
Set within the heart of the College campus is the International Arena which measures 80 metres by 30 metres and has seating for up to 400 people. It has a variety of uses and is available for hire for exhibitions, demonstrations, product launches and trade stands plus much more.
Sports and Leisure Facilities
There are a wide range of sports and leisure facilities which are available and can be incorporated in your conference requirements. There is a full size sports hall, fitness room, sauna and steam room, sports pitches as well as a 9 hole golf course, where Myerscough’s Golf Academy resident Professional offers group or private lessons for all abilities. The academy has a computerised video golf simulator as well as Astar III video swing analysers to fine tune your game.
The Stumble Inn
A fully licensed purpose built bar, The Stumble Inn is an ideal venue for either social or business meeting areas and is available for all types of functions. It provides an ideal location for live music or other forms of entertainment.

For smaller groups, the Parlick room is situated within a modern en-suite hall of residence. It is on the ground floor, which has full access for everyone and a range of audio visual equipment.
Syndicate Rooms
Within the College campus, close to the meeting rooms, there are numerous training rooms, including laboratories, sports and a variety of practical teaching facilities.
Lecture Theatre
As well as other conference facilities Myerscough has a 130 seated purpose built tiered lecture theatre which has full access for everyone, and has a range of audio visual equipment.
Accommodation
Accommodation is available for booking out of College term-time. There are 650 bed spaces on campus and these are split into four categories:
- Single bedrooms with shared facilities
- Twin bedrooms with shared facilities
- Ensuite rooms (both single and twin)
- Ensuite rooms (single) situated in flatlets of
five or six rooms in each flat.
